About the position

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives through both traditional and digital strategies. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in working from home 2-3 days a week after initial training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing tasks, enhancing the company's digital presence, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead company marketing initiatives via traditional and digital strategies.
• Design, update, and manage literature, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Leverage the expertise of company SMEs to create content, email campaigns, & blog posts.
• Craft informative, data-driven content aimed at an engineering customer base.
• Develop and manage the company's LinkedIn social media strategy for brand visibility.
• Design and manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Support with website modifications to optimize performance & increase customer reach.
• Edit PowerPoint presentations for cohesiveness, aligning with company style guidelines.
• Manage printing, distribution, and storage of marketing literature and promotional items.
• Maintain and update internal directories, maps, and organizational charts.
• Design and oversee building signage, business cards, stickers, nameplates, and calendars.
• Manage annual Marketing Budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Support with trade show preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B Marketing experience, including 2+ years of digital marketing.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Professional social media management experience, preferably LinkedIn.
• Experience driving brand awareness through various online channels.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Website management experience, preferably with WordPress.
• Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO.
• Graphic design experience.
