About the position

The Marketing Manager 2, Web Operations role at Intuit's TurboTax division is a key position within the Consumer Group business unit. This role focuses on leading operational excellence in web marketing, specifically in delivering complex web experiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate will manage a team of front-end developers and content authors, ensuring high-quality web content and user experiences while collaborating with multiple departments to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team that publishes, experiments, and personalizes web experiences across various system platforms.
  • Execute go-to-market web experiences using content management systems like WordPress and Adobe.
  • Track the content lifecycle in-product, including upsells and customer notifications, from management to retirement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, supporting web operations peers in problem-solving and validation of authoring and experimentation execution.
  • Collaborate with design resources to improve the design and production lifecycle process.
  • Develop and execute processes to enhance content quality, maintainability, and usability, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Identify and solve roadblocks and functional requirements for successful task completion, liaising with technical product development and quality assurance teams.
  • Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and other stakeholders to accurately size project requests.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure all work meets department standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing, and/or Marketing Operations.
  • Skilled in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript with experience in creating UI experiences from Figma.
  • Expert in JIRA as an administrator and familiar with Smartsheets.
  • Deep expertise in Agile software development methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and recommendations clearly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multiple channels including Paid Search, SEO, and Mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with personalization and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely.
