About the position

The Marketing Manager 4 position at Ursus, Inc. is a contract role focused on driving segment pipeline and revenue growth within a Fortune 500 Software Organization. This remote position requires a strategic marketing partner to collaborate with sales leadership and manage integrated marketing strategies and programs. The role emphasizes the importance of data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing efforts across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated, quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and sales revenue goals.
• Manage marketing program execution across the segment team and executional centers of excellence (demand, experiences, campaigns, content, partner).
• Report back to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem on marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, demand marketing, partner marketing (+partners) to develop and optimize marketing programs.
• Own and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many events for your segment/industry.
• Drive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and Sales.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within the technology sector.
• 5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs.
• Experience with ABM marketing and within healthcare and life sciences marketing is a plus.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
