About the position

The Marketing Manager for Atellica Systems Immunoassay Analyzers will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution to enhance patient outcomes globally. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from product definition and launch to market positioning and campaign development. The position requires a deep understanding of customer insights and competitive strategies to effectively position products in the market.

Responsibilities

  • End to End Product Ownership: Product definition, product launch, go-to-market, commercial positioning, and related campaigns.
  • Develop customer insights to serve as an Atellica systems expert on customer targets, contributing to the overall CLS business strategy.
  • Understand competitive offerings and provide commercial organizations with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiate products profitably.
  • Ensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs are crafted to guide the development team, utilizing market research and customer input.

Requirements

  • Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required.
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing and product management experience, ideally with end-to-end experience from conducting market research to product launch initiatives.
  • Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay experience strongly preferred.
  • Global awareness with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on translating customer insights into product requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across departments/functions.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver messaging to different audiences.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
