About the position

The B2B Global Brand Marketing Manager at Red Wing is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the company's global work business. This position emphasizes a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the voice of the customer is integrated into all marketing efforts. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, present strategies to senior leadership, and lead a team to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for Red Wing's safety programs, products, and initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the customer across multi-segment marketing and sales cycles, leveraging insights and trends to drive segmentation and persona development.
  • Maintain a strong global brand image by creating compelling campaigns and overseeing omnichannel execution.
  • Position and launch new footwear and workwear products globally, sustaining a continuous pipeline of innovative offerings.
  • Create sales tools and content that address customer needs, enhancing sales efforts and driving lead generation.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting industries like manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, construction, and energy.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that leverage partnerships and owned channels, including trade show strategies with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Develop content strategies that position Red Wing as a thought leader in safety, using digital marketing channels to engage prospects.
  • Monitor and measure marketing effectiveness, using data to optimize campaigns and enhance customer personalization.
  • Direct internal resources and external partners, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders from Sales, Product Development, and other teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring team members and establishing enterprise-wide standards and best practices.
  • Support the development and marketing of B2B websites and online ordering platforms in partnership with the e-commerce team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience demonstrating progressively more senior marketing responsibilities, with significant focus in B2B marketing.
  • Experience working in diverse, international markets and understanding of global marketing trends, regulations and cultural differences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and omnichannel approaches.
  • Experience with competitive brands or like-minded categories of business targeting similar B2B segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute innovative and results-focused marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong team leadership abilities.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Financial and budget management savviness with a solid understanding of P&L reporting and Excel.
