About the position

CalHomeCo is a full-service Real Estate, Investment, and Construction company located in San Diego, seeking a Marketing Manager/Brand Ambassador to enhance our brand presence and connect with potential customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for marketing and real estate. This part-time position offers the opportunity to learn and practice various aspects of real estate, including property flips and construction, which can be beneficial for your career in the industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, strategizing, and executing a variety of marketing campaigns aimed at generating new business and supporting our agents. Your role will involve organizing and updating the company’s CRM to ensure smooth and efficient drip campaigns, as well as creating and editing marketing materials for new listings, events, and construction projects. You will also manage our social media presence by updating posts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, responding to followers, and tracking incoming leads to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will plan and organize company events, take photos, and market these events on social media. This position requires a proactive approach to real estate lead follow-up and the ability to adapt to various tasks as assigned. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth and enhancing its visibility in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and update company CRM to ensure smooth, efficient, and constant drip campaigns
  • Create and edit real estate marketing material for new listings, events, and construction projects
  • Update all Facebook, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
  • Support the company and agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects to adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Plan and organize company events, take photos, and market on social media
  • Follow up on real estate leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with programs commonly used in the real estate industry (CRM, social media, DocuSign, Dropbox, Canva, real estate contracts, MLS, and Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and regulations is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience
