About the position

CalHomeCo is a full-service Real Estate, Investment, and Construction company located in San Diego, seeking a part-time Marketing Manager/Brand Ambassador. This role is designed for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual who will play a crucial role in expanding the real estate brand and connecting with new customers. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, strategizing, and executing a variety of marketing campaigns aimed at generating new business and assisting agents in their efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and practice all aspects of real estate, including property flips and construction, which can be beneficial for your future real estate career. In this role, you will be tasked with organizing and updating the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent drip campaigns. You will also create and edit marketing materials for new listings, events, and construction projects. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve updating the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and engaging with followers. Additionally, you will support the company and its agents by tracking incoming leads and prospects, allowing for adjustments in marketing campaigns to ensure company growth. Planning and organizing company events, capturing photos, and marketing these events on social media will also be part of your duties. Lastly, you will be responsible for following up on real estate leads and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and update company CRM to ensure smooth, efficient, and constant drip campaigns
  • Create and edit real estate marketing material for new listings, events, and construction projects
  • Update all Facebook, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
  • Support the company and agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects to adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Plan and organize company events, take photos, and market them on social media
  • Follow up on real estate leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with programs commonly used in the real estate industry (CRM, social media, DocuSign, Dropbox, Canva, real estate contracts, MLS, and Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and regulations is a plus
  • 1 year of marketing experience
