As Marketing Manager within Brand Marketing at Sephora, you will play a pivotal role in running brand-funded investment strategies for our Retail Media network, aimed at driving retailer preference for the category. This position is crucial for developing retail media knowledge that will enable you to better advise brands on the execution of their brand-funded media campaigns from start to finish. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will support brands that heavily invest in Sephora's co-op initiatives, ensuring that their marketing strategies align with our overall goals. The key function of the brand marketing team is to collaborate with brands to create impactful brand and product launch strategies that leverage retail tactics. In your day-to-day role, you will manage upwards of 20+ campaigns each month, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Your responsibilities will include monthly financial reconciliation of co-op funds and performance reporting, as well as sharing operational efficiencies to meet brand needs related to their co-op investments. Your role will encompass co-op management, where you will be an individual contributor supporting select brands across two categories on all brand-funded campaigns within Sephora's Retail Media Network. You will build and optimize processes to support the growing demands of brands, utilizing data to make recommendations that deliver mutual benefits for both the brands and Sephora. Building strong relationships with key brand partners will be essential to maximize their retail investments, and you will work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating with brands, the retail media network team, analytics, and finance. In addition to brand management, you will partner with key brands on their onsite investment initiatives, providing strategic advice on media investment strategies. Your project management skills will be put to the test as you handle monthly financial reconciliations, manage timelines for active campaigns, and provide status updates to key team leads. You will also be responsible for delivering month-end co-op updates to the VP and advising the RMN team on process needs and optimization.
