About the position

The Marketing Manager / Brand Marketing Manager role at Client involves developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to drive growth in the Skin, Body & Bath categories. This position is pivotal in creating campaigns that resonate with consumers and enhance brand loyalty, leveraging a blend of creativity and analytics to achieve business objectives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a data-driven approach to strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to create campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with customer growth marketing, consumer insights, media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Manage brand production budget and coordinate with paid media and social budget owners.
  • Maintain knowledge of retail and industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate a collaborative work environment and partner with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mentality.
  • Experience in creative management and collaboration with creative teams or agencies.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading through influence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and driving planning forward.
  • Passion for business and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA or MA preferred.
