About the position

The Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing at Amazon will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that assist Brand Owners in building their brands and enhancing customer experiences within the Amazon Store. This role combines analytical skills with creativity to create effective marketing campaigns and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to promote brand-building products and services.
  • Identify target audiences and develop content and messaging for marketing campaigns.
  • Define and run tests, including A/B experiments, to inform optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights into marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with worldwide partner teams to develop brand, channel, messaging, and content insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
