About the position

The Marketing Manager for Brand Marketing at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that help Brand Owners enhance their brand presence and customer experience within the Amazon Store. This role combines analytical skills with creativity to create effective marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and drive brand equity through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to promote brand-building products and services.
  • Identify target audiences and develop content and messaging for marketing campaigns.
  • Define and run tests, including A/B experiments, to inform optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights into marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with WW partner teams to develop deep insights into brand, channel, messaging, and content.
  • Manage external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Present ideas to various levels of the organization to gain support for initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.

  • Experience in performance marketing.
