About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager, who can build our brand to improve our reach and increase customer retention. This unique role combines strategic aspects of building a brand through partnerships and social media to drive customer retention. The ideal candidate will be passionate about craft beer, have a knack for building long-lasting partnerships, engaging campaigns, and possess excellent communication skills. About Tavour: Tavour is a craft beer delivery service, connecting beer enthusiasts with hard-to-find, small-batch beers from independent breweries around the country. Our mission is to bring the best craft beers directly to our customers' doorsteps, helping them discover new favorites and enjoy unique brews they can't find anywhere else. In this role, you will be responsible for managing brand partnerships, creating engaging content for social media, and developing retention strategies that enhance customer loyalty. You will track and analyze campaign performance, engage with the community online, and implement loyalty programs that resonate with our customers. Your ability to analyze customer data and feedback will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and driving retention efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with other brands and influencers to enhance brand awareness and reach.
  • Identify and engage with brands and influencers that align with Tavour's brand values and target audience.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to continuously achieve better outcomes.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Tavour's social media platforms.
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and growth.
  • Develop and implement retention campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Design and manage loyalty programs, personalized communications, and special offers to enhance customer retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention efforts.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or customer retention roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, especially in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a data-driven environment where all efforts and campaigns are measured for efficacy and continued investment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the craft beer industry is a plus.
