About the position

The Marketing Manager, Brand at Marvin is responsible for enhancing the brand's presence and partnerships, focusing on brand experience and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves building relationships with marketing partners to create value for the Marvin brand, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience engagement. The position plays a critical role in the brand strategy team, contributing to the company's 100+ year legacy in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy for Marvin brand experience center, ensuring brand integration across various channels.
  • Support through focused Sales Enablement strategy.
  • Lead strategy and POV on deeper integration of Brand and Product.
  • Evaluate a range of partnerships through a brand lens and measure effectiveness against brand goals.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts that amplify the Marvin brand experience through various activation strategies.
  • Grow and maintain a deep level of customer and audience understanding within the organization.
  • Lead regular team share outs on performance, positioning, and opportunities for evolved thinking.
  • Manage financial aspects of brand partnerships and key vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience leading Brand Strategy with a focus on brand and/or product marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations to various audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and troubleshoot effectively.
