About the position

The Marketing Manager for Broker and Consultant Marketing at Elevance Health is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise marketing strategies that align with the overall enterprise-wide strategy. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, coordinating communication materials, and providing direction to marketing support and creative staff, all while ensuring effective collaboration within a hybrid workplace model.

Responsibilities

• Builds market product/marketing plans.
• Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
• Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
• Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
• Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
• Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Managed care experience preferred.
• Previous marketing experience developing and managing automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns preferred.
• Previous marketing experience with alternate funding arrangements preferred.
• Use data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and trends to guide marketing strategy.
