About the position

The Marketing Manager at Brooks Utility Products is responsible for enabling the commercial team and positioning the business for future growth. This role involves supporting the sales team with necessary materials, conducting market research, and ensuring effective use of marketing content to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality sales presentations, case studies, and talking points to communicate the value of Brooks' products.
  • Conduct market research, voice of the customer initiatives, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for SEO.
  • Develop and maintain key databases including market data, customer data, and product line penetration data.
  • Support revenue growth by aligning marketing strategies with sales and customer success efforts.
  • Track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and executive leadership to plan and execute successful product launches and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis in industrial products.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer and graphic design skills; experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
