About the position

The Marketing Manager at Kooth USA is responsible for driving growth across the customer lifecycle by developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create tailored marketing plans for state-specific pilots and outreach initiatives, ensuring effective engagement with key stakeholders and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific regions to support state-level pilots and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships and Account Management teams to align marketing strategies with partnership goals and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the Community Engagement group to integrate local outreach efforts into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.
  • Create clear and effective creative briefs to guide internal teams in producing compelling marketing assets.
  • Optimize marketing channels (e.g., digital, email, social media) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, using data to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns and alignment with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on multi-channel marketing strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with both D2C and B2B growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, partnerships, or community outreach teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and apply insights from market data and trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with youth engagement, mental health, or digital health services.
  • Experience in developing scalable outreach programs across multiple regions and nationally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of Account Based Marketing tactics to launch and grow state-level pilot programs.
