About the position

The Marketing Manager will provide comprehensive marketing support for the College of Health and Wellness, including the School of Nursing and the School of Podiatric Medicine. This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment and enhancing program visibility. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to create targeted marketing initiatives and utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strategize and implement processes that will directly impact lead conversion.
  • Assist with strategic planning activities to maximize enrollment and financial targets.
  • Create marketing plans for programs that drive engagement.
  • Develop strategies to target key population segments and identify differentiators within product lines.
  • Partner with deans and program directors to develop strategic plans to increase enrollment.
  • Develop and employ marketing metrics to demonstrate the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Produce and interpret enrollment management statistical reports and yield projections.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop promotional and communications materials for targeted audiences.
  • Lead projects and serve as an internal marketing consultant for programs and services.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.
  • Review and optimize lead nurturing email campaigns.
  • Analyze prospect engagement data and provide recommendations for engagement opportunities.
  • Inform the development of collateral assets to support marketing and recruiting efforts.
  • Oversee vendors, freelancers, and partners for campaign delivery.
  • Manage finances related to marketing activities within the budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • 5-8 years of work-related experience in marketing.
  • Higher Education Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Sound judgment in making critical decisions.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
  • Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
  • Ability to effectively plan, delegate, and supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to manage a dedicated budget.
