About the position

ONE Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Marketing Manager for Communications and Brand Content to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This full-time position is pivotal in shaping the company's internal and external communications, enhancing our brand presence, and managing public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, copywriting, and brand marketing, with a passion for luxury real estate. In this role, you will lead the company's communications strategy, ensuring that all internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and training programs, are effectively managed. You will prepare content for leadership communications, such as speeches and presentations, and assist with crisis communications to protect the company's reputation. Continuous monitoring and refinement of communication strategies will be essential to ensure their effectiveness. As the Marketing Manager, you will also spearhead the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns for the General RE and Development Division. This includes creating and managing essential marketing resources for associates and overseeing listing exposure across various platforms. You will support the Development Division's marketing efforts, particularly when multiple projects are involved. Public relations will be a key component of your responsibilities, as you will manage relationships with PR agencies and oversee public relations activities. Collaborating with PR partners to enhance the company's public image and manage media relations will be crucial. Additionally, you will coordinate marketing efforts with corporate partners, including events and asset management, and plan and optimize print advertising campaigns while monitoring spend and performance. General duties will include providing copywriting support, managing the company's event calendar, and participating in leadership meetings to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in communications role.
  • Copywriting experience is a must.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
