About The Position

On Location is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the B2C Marketing team for FIFA World Cup 26™. This role will report into our Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing (B2C) and will help execute fan marketing strategy for premium hospitality offerings across integrated, consumer marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting consumer marketing campaigns including but not limited to digital, influencer, social media, OOH, events, and/or marketing operations, with some portion of the experience within sports and entertainment
  • Experience and comfort with presenting to multiple levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and project management skills
  • A results-focused approach with experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • A strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution
  • Proactive disposition. You are resourceful, a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Execute B2C marketing efforts, taking campaigns from insights & strategy to implementation
  • Own marketing calendars, cascading go-live dates and shifts to cross-functional partners
  • Work with internal stakeholders to launch and manage influencer campaigns
  • Support the execution of experiential marketing activations
  • Research & present case studies on relevant campaigns and products
  • Maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
  • Help manage collaboration with and requests from agency partners
  • Analysis of engagement & performance metrics, adapting efforts to maximize impact
  • Execute daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting and maintenance of marketing calendars
  • Develop and own creative briefs
  • Work closely with creative teams and agencies on the development of marketing assets, messaging and frameworks
  • Manage the customization of marketing materials for different consumer groups to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs
  • Confirm all consumer marketing efforts comply with FIFA and On Location brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations
