About the position

The Marketing Manager for the cough/cold category at Perrigo will lead the strategic management and growth of this key product line. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales and product development teams to enhance brand visibility and performance. The position requires a strong leader who can communicate a compelling vision and drive initiatives that align with Perrigo's corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Chart a strategic course for the cough/cold category that aligns with corporate strategy.
  • Build and share a compelling story to engage the sales organization and communicate with customers.
  • Lead the development and execution of messaging, creative, and production for commercial programs.
  • Build channel and promotional strategies for traditional retail and ecommerce.
  • Analyze product performance and leverage marketplace data to identify trends and actionable plans.
  • Manage the commercialization of significant reformulation projects.
  • Establish KPIs to measure impact and provide optimized solutions based on results.
  • Partner in the development of a product roadmap based on insights and lead the new product development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer needs.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Entrepreneurial instincts with a track record of leading new initiatives.
  • Resilient problem solver with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication, strategic thinking, and self-motivation.
