Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands.
  • Drive traffic and sales at our retail stores and build awareness and demand for our brands and products.
  • Have a voice in communication strategy and testing plans.
  • Support the CRM team in all aspects of CRM marketing campaigns and lifecycle triggers.
  • Support setting the strategy of CRM lifecycle journey programs.
  • Build, Quality Assurance, and schedule deployment of error-free SMS, email, and mobile push messages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least three of those years in the retail industry.
  • Hands-on experience with communication channels of email, push, in-app, and SMS at scale.
  • Knowledgeable in CSS & HTML.
  • Strong working knowledge of Braze, Dutchie, Sweed, SpringBig, Monday.com, and Smartsheets.
  • Hands-on experience with webhooks and API is preferred.
  • Must have an intimate working knowledge of MarTech platforms and integration with CRM.
  • Natural collaboration skills and service orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing tactics, including events, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
