About the position

The Marketing Manager at Blueprint Creative Group (BP) is responsible for driving business transformation through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing tactical plans to enhance brand performance, managing promotional processes, and collaborating with clients to implement effective marketing strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, project management skills, and the ability to analyze market data to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tactical development for near-term launch and pipeline brands, including promotion to drive brand/portfolio performance while optimizing budget requirements.
  • Manage the promotional approval process of materials.
  • Support branded campaign execution.
  • Develop tactics aligned with predefined strategies and establish timelines and budgets with minimal oversight.
  • Lead management of PR and Advocacy for clients, ensuring on-time deliverables and actionable insights.
  • Work with client partners to create, develop, and implement tactical plans, driving strategy and direction of the client's brand.
  • Manage marketing assets database, ensuring all materials are approved and available.
  • Track budget spend per month for projects/tactics that are leading.
  • Align organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of marketing experience.
  • 2 years of communication/marketing experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in government marketing.
  • Experience with leading promotional development and review.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and launch coordination.
  • Experience with supporting promotional development and review.
  • Experience in tactical plan development/execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong marketing industry and communications area business acumen.
  • Ability to draw insights from a variety of sources and understand market and competition.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
