About the position

The Marketing Manager for Demand Generation and Campaigns at Arm will play a crucial role in driving multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support the strategic business goals of the Infrastructure and Automotive lines of business. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences, leveraging data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic business goals.
  • Support the campaign strategy with integrated digital and offline marketing programs.
  • Work closely with product marketing and the LoB to reach decision makers with resonating messages.
  • Utilize the analytics team to improve activities based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to deliver outstanding marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Passionate about technology, particularly in Cloud computing, AI, 5G, HPC, and Automotive technology.
  • Significant experience using campaign metrics and analytics to measure impact and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with leading product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, event campaigns, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Ability to work with an international team spanning many time zones.
  • Experience in creating and delivering successful integrated digital and offline campaigns, with a deep understanding of digital, social media, and marketing automation platforms like Adobe Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous marketing experience with technical audiences or B2B products.
  • Good understanding of general technology trends and industry segments.
  • Desire to grow and learn from within and outside the organization.
  • Understanding of Knack email generation platform.
