About the position

The Demand Generation team at Arm is seeking a passionate individual to create and drive multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns specifically for the Infrastructure and Automotive Lines of Business. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing strategies and engage target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic business goals.
  • Support the campaign strategy with integrated digital and offline marketing programs.
  • Work closely with product marketing and the Lines of Business to reach decision makers with resonating messages.
  • Utilize analytics to improve activities based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to deliver engaging marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Passionate about technology, particularly in Cloud computing, AI, 5G, HPC, and Automotive technology.
  • Experience in executing campaign plans quickly and effectively, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Analytical and pragmatic with significant experience using campaign metrics and analytics to measure impact and suggest improvements.
  • Experience leading product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, event campaigns, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Ability to work with an international team across multiple time zones.
  • Experience creating and delivering successful integrated digital and offline campaigns, with a deep understanding of digital, social media, and marketing automation platforms like Adobe Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous marketing experience with technical audiences or B2B products.
  • Good understanding of general technology trends and industry segments.
  • Desire to grow and learn from within and outside the organization.
  • Understanding of the Knack email generation platform.
