About the position

The Manager, Demand Generation (Digital) at PartsSource is responsible for activating marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth in the Digital segment through demand creation and funnel acceleration. This role involves collaborating with commercial leadership and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, while also creating content to support various campaign tactics. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and demand generation tactics, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership and marketing to develop the enterprise marketing strategy go to market approach.
  • Ensure marketing plans & execution are aligned with overall marketing strategy to grow leads/orders/traffic, conversion, and share.
  • Collect and analyze win/loss & competitive insight on the marketplace segment.
  • Recommend and develop marketing programs to improve win rate and monitor tactic effectiveness in the market.
  • Employ clinical and industry trend analysis, and market share and competitive analysis relevant to the product and portfolio.
  • Conduct in-depth research to define customer problem statement, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams to understand and optimize tactics to win-loss performance, leveraging demand generation opportunities.
  • Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success, early adopters and clinical evidence where appropriate.
  • Provide commercial teams with product knowledge in product differentiation, positioning and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in demand generation / revenue marketing, product marketing or related field
  • Healthcare product/industry acumen strongly desired
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
  • Team oriented with the ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
  • Ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
  • Ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of e-commerce marketing
  • Experience with demand generation tactics
  • Foundational understanding of Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
