Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing tactics aligned with business goals.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through marketing strategies.
  • Establish and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels to engage target audiences, driving conversions and brand awareness.
  • Optimize marketing funnels using tools like Salesforce, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Design, publish, and manage content for Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and website.
  • Write and publish copy for website, advertisements, press releases, and print.
  • Execute brand positioning strategy to ensure all outputs align with corporate identity.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging media strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and report marketing performance, using data to improve results.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and optimize resources.

Requirements

  • Background in agriculture required.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work independently.
  • Must be very organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Proven experience with digital media platforms and tools.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software and website management.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and enhance customer experience through marketing initiatives.
