About the position

The Marketing Manager - Digital Growth and Activation is a pivotal role responsible for creating and delivering a seamless and differentiated digital customer experience. This position focuses on driving connected systems that enhance customer and business satisfaction while increasing efficiency through digitally-enabled programs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, training, marketing, customer digital solutions (CDS), and research, development, and engineering (RD&E), to ensure that the digital offerings are best-in-class and delivered promptly. In this role, the Marketing Manager will identify key customer and business requirements for digital capabilities, prioritize them, and support digital product development. They will build and manage the go-to-market strategy, monetization, and execution plan for new offerings. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will serve as the marketing lead for re-tooling existing solutions, collaborating with sales and service support to establish digital advocates within the organization. Gaining alignment from senior leadership on offering development, launches, and successful adoption is crucial. The Marketing Manager will also manage the communication strategy and plan for new capability launches in collaboration with marketing communications. Ensuring flawless execution is essential, which involves developing sales enablement tools and processes to launch new and existing digital offerings in partnership with training and CDS teams. Setting relevant performance metrics aligned with business objectives will be a key responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key customer and business requirements for digital capabilities to evolve, prioritize and support digital product development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts across Marketing, RD&E, Sales, CDS, Training and others to ensure the new offerings are truly best-in-class and delivered quickly.
  • Build and manage go-to-market strategy, monetization and execution plan.
  • Serve as marketing lead for re-tooling existing solutions along with sales and service support to establish digital advocates within the organization.
  • Gain alignment from the most senior levels of the organization on offering development, launches and ultimately, successful adoption.
  • Manage communication strategy and plan for new capability launches in collaboration with marketing communications.
  • Ensure flawless execution by developing sales enablement tools and processes to launch the new and existing digital offerings in collaboration with training and CDS partners.
  • Set relevant performance metrics aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience marketing and selling digital solutions with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly to executive level management and a diverse range of stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating and leveraging digital capabilities to increase customer relevance and value delivery.
  • Experience in developing new product launch strategies -- including pricing, marketing communications, and value proposition development.
  • Business-to-business marketing experience.
