About the position

The Marketing Manager (Digital & Social Media) will lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement across various online platforms. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, content creation, and analytics to enhance brand recognition and sales while collaborating with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of marketing and brand growth including SEO, email, paid advertising, and creative management.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns that align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Create and curate all marketing content, including high-quality photos and videos, graphic design, and editing.
  • Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, track performance, and adapt strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and executives to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive environment.
  • Manage marketing budget and investments to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio in marketing, paid search, SEO, social media management, content creation, and brand development.
  • Expertise in multiple paid search & social media platforms, including Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Exceptional skills in graphic design, video editing, and content capturing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft engaging messages.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact social media content.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
