About the position

The Marketing Manager-Digital will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of a leading dental implants company. This position focuses on search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure that the company's online marketing efforts yield the highest possible return on investment. The role involves managing various digital marketing channels and optimizing campaigns to drive brand awareness and foot traffic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of effective paid search strategies
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify trends, and address any emerging issues
• Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms
• Oversee accounts on search engines like Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Manage keyword selection and refine audience targeting strategies
• Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including website, blogs, paid search, display ads, and email campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and consistent brand messaging
• Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer-oriented (healthcare/medical preferred) digital marketing and advertising
• From 5 to 10 years of progressive advancement and achievements in digital marketing roles
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding and ability to optimize performance of Paid Search (Display Advertising, including native and retargeting, Social Advertising, and Organic Search)
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in dental marketing preferred
