About the position

The Marketing Manager or Marketing Director at Phihong USA is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive B2B marketing and communication strategy on a global scale. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze marketing data to extract key insights, identify market trends, and apply best practices to inform decision-making processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Phihong brand message within the power supply market, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's overall objectives. In this role, you will lead the product marketing strategy, working closely with the sales team to identify and attract the right customers for new products. You will define product positioning and ensure that it resonates with the needs of target audiences. Additionally, you will work with global teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies across various regions. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing integrated communications, media strategy, and the development of marketing materials, such as corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets. Moreover, you will manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, which includes preparing presentation materials and presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams. Effective communication with sales leaders regarding event implementation will also be a key aspect of this role. This position is fully onsite in Fremont, CA, and operates Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Phihong on a global level.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message in the power supply market.
  • Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
  • Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
  • Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
  • Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
