About the position

The Marketing Manager for Vanbridge's Life & Executive Benefits Division is responsible for executing key marketing initiatives within a hybrid work environment in New York City. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and digital marketing experience to assist the Director of Marketing in various marketing-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, producing, and execution of all marketing-related tasks
• Work across a broad range of projects from concept to delivery
• Create and produce engaging content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
• Assist in the development & delivery of executive-level presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives
• Support digital marketing efforts and contribute to digital marketing strategy
• Assist in planning marketing events as required
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications required
• Experience with the B2B industry and a life insurance background is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Firm grasp of marketing concepts, best practices, and content standards across social networks, email marketing, digital and print
• Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
• High level of creativity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Experience working with WordPress, Adobe InDesign and HubSpot a plus
