About the position

The Marketing Manager for Global Content Partnerships at X will play a crucial role in scaling the global marketing strategy to support the sales team in pitching advertising during significant events. This position involves project management, crafting marketing materials, and fostering cross-functional relationships to enhance content partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help scale the global marketing strategy to enable the sales team to pitch advertising on X against big moments (e.g., sporting events, awards shows, gaming events).
  • Project management and creation of clear deliverable plans, workback calendars, and timelines to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Leverage templates to build pitch decks and one-pagers in Keynote.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to understand and collect inputs from each support team that contributes content (Product, Content Partnerships, Research, etc.).
  • Support the Content Sales business by crafting GTM materials, internal communications, blog posts, etc. around new content and talent partnerships announcements.
  • Provide guidance to marketers on the team around the world to bring the strategy to life.
  • Partner with cross-functional drivers to identify targeted opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain internal sales enablement and communications platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report out on key metrics to drive sales content utilization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B brand, media industry, social platform, or a creative/media agency.
  • Basic design skills and proficiency in Keynote and Google Slides.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including examples of creating sales enablement or digital content (preferably both).
  • Experience working with a B2B sales team, preferably in technology.
  • Analytically-driven thinker with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize timelines and resources.
  • An interest in product marketing.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000-144,000
