In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing creative assets for the Neogen brand, global products, and company-wide campaigns. Your primary focus will be on content creation and design, where you will create, write, and design brand and technical content that aligns with the Masterbrand, market, and business needs. This content will be utilized for both internal and external purposes across various mediums and channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate closely with global portfolio and integrated marketing communications teams to ensure that messaging is aligned for internal and external campaigns, innovation, and business growth initiatives. Additionally, you will manage a global range of content and design assets, ensuring they remain relevant and accessible for regional marketing teams and cross-functional organizational use. This will involve conducting annual creative reviews and audits across all communication channels to identify any irrelevant or inaccurate content, providing updated content or recommendations for correction. You will also enable regional marketing teams by providing planned support for the implementation and execution of campaigns within their geographies for global initiatives and the Neogen brand. As a team leader, you will manage a team of global copywriters, graphic designers, and visual designers, ensuring the timely execution of final files for approved production and publishing. You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of relevant marketing talent, developing and coaching your team to elevate their contributions, and engaging and inspiring them. You will champion marketing internally at all levels of the organization and act as a liaison to cross-functional business and marketing partners. Furthermore, you will manage the content development team to meet objectives and support them in achieving their goals aligned with the commercial plan. You will communicate annual OKRs and goals, conduct annual performance reviews, and create individual development plans for your direct reports. Collaboration with regional teams in hiring, onboarding, and developing the regional marketing organization will also be part of your responsibilities.
