As the Marketing Manager for our Global Prepaid Business at Roblox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for Roblox gift cards. This position is responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy, which includes the development and execution of go-to-market plans, retail promotions, channel strategies, and the launch of new sales channels in collaboration with the Business Development team. You will lead the marketing and communications strategy for gift card sales channels, covering both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and corporate business (B2B) for first-party and third-party distribution. Your efforts will be crucial in increasing awareness and sales of Roblox gift cards, particularly during key promotional periods. In this role, you will develop and implement a new country launch marketing strategy aimed at expanding the reach of Roblox gift cards. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal team members and global retail partners to drive sales. You will also be responsible for creating consumer-focused marketing materials and pre-purchase materials to ensure a seamless post-purchase and redemption process. Additionally, you will partner with internal and external social media and influencer teams to amplify awareness of Roblox gift cards during key gifting periods, and promote these products through various media channels in partnership with the Communications team. This full-time position is based in our San Mateo, CA location, with in-office work required from Tuesday to Thursday, and remote work options available on Monday and Friday. You will report directly to the Director of Corporate Marketing, and your contributions will be instrumental in connecting a billion people with optimism and civility through our platform.
