About the position

The Graphics Marketing Manager at VS Media is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all phases of creative development from concept to completion. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of graphics and video designers while ensuring that all creative projects align with the company's branding strategies and quality goals. The Graphics Marketing Manager will lead the development of creative briefs and utilize design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and its stakeholders. Given that VS Media operates in the adult-oriented content space, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working around explicit material on a regular basis. The role will initially require the candidate to be onsite five days a week for a 90-day training period, after which a hybrid work schedule will be implemented. In this role, the Graphics Marketing Manager will proactively plan, optimize, and execute all graphics and creative campaigns, creating strategies that increase conversion rates and ultimately drive revenue growth. They will be responsible for the independent monitoring and approval of graphics drafts used for media advertising, social media communications, trade shows, and other related marketing campaigns. The manager will independently manage creative teams, assign tasks, monitor progress and deadlines, and provide essential feedback to ensure the success of the projects. Additionally, the manager will write performance reviews and scale up staff, driving engagement by ideating and executing graphics campaigns that align with larger marketing strategies. The position also involves attending marketing-industry trade shows, webinars, and continuing education to bring new ideas into the department and raise the collective IQ within the division.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Graphics or related roles, with 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Extensive knowledge of design concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the development of effective visuals.
  • Ability to independently evaluate, develop, launch, and manage new and imaginative graphics campaigns.
