About the position

The Marketing Manager at Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand across various healthcare sectors. This position involves collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing and requires a proactive approach to managing marketing initiatives, client relationships, and business development opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end integrated marketing programs through events, outreach, engagement, thought leadership, lead nurturing, and follow-up.
  • Manage and curate content on the Healthcare Industry Group website and maintain social media presence for the firm and key individuals.
  • Work with marketing and practice leaders to develop, enhance, and refresh marketing collateral.
  • Manage and execute strategic client events, including budget management, tracking, and reporting metrics and ROI.
  • Oversee conference management, including sponsorships and measuring ROI from participation.
  • Report and analyze events, conferences, and communications to track ROI and inform future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Prior experience drafting internal and external communications.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; familiarity with Pardot and Cvent is helpful.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, including email marketing, CRM, lead tracking, content creation, webinars, podcasts, and video.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing marketing copy.
  • Ability to work easily with senior leaders.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues autonomously.
  • Collaboration across a team.
