About the position

The Marketing Manager at Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX, is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that promote revenue growth and enhance the hotel's brand presence. This role focuses on managing the hotel's online presence, social media strategy, and content creation to drive engagement and support revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for marketing and social media, possessing strong copywriting skills and the ability to keep up with trends.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing in establishing and executing the hotel's social media strategy.
  • Design marketing collateral, including promotional materials for renovations, food & beverage, weddings, and social media graphics.
  • Maintain a strong online presence by curating new content and updating websites and OTA site pages.
  • Manage all social platforms for the hotel and F&B outlets (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and implement a social media calendar with engaging posts and user-generated content.
  • Engage with and respond to all comments and messages on social media and travel review sites daily.
  • Coordinate blogger outreach and influencer stays to boost the hotel's visibility.
  • Draft ad copy, determine imagery, and assist with optimizing ad budgets across platforms.
  • Measure and report on the impact of marketing strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  • Cultivate strong, positive media relationships through personal interactions at events and meetings.
  • Execute photo and video shoots to support content needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling marketing content
  • Extensive knowledge of traditional, digital, and social marketing communication channels

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana
