About the position

The Marketing Manager at Beauport Hospitality Group is responsible for promoting and building brand awareness for the company's properties across local, regional, and national markets. This role involves strategic planning, execution of marketing campaigns, and collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and hospitality, with a focus on metrics-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic positioning and identify target audiences to develop marketing plans across different channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration across teams.
  • Oversee email marketing, including creation, scheduling, and tracking of analytics.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to implement marketing best practices.
  • Lead strategic digital campaigns and analyze metrics through Google Analytics and Meta Analytics.
  • Conceptualize new marketing initiatives and execute multichannel campaigns.
  • Assist in management of website and marketing platform updates.
  • Support branding initiatives and community partnerships.
  • Oversee and support social media creation and execution alongside the Jr. Marketing Manager.
  • Develop marketing and promotional material collateral as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, tracking, and analyzing, including SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in email marketing, segmentation, and automation; previous use of Revinate is a plus.
  • Experience in WordPress and TravelClick is a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Canva skills are a plus.
