About the position

The Marketing Manager II for BOTOX® Therapeutics Urology at AbbVie is a hybrid marketing role responsible for managing and implementing patient-facing marketing initiatives while also supporting HCP-facing marketing efforts. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance brand awareness and adoption goals through innovative marketing strategies and effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement patient-facing marketing initiatives for BOTOX® Urology.
  • Support HCP-facing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and adoption.
  • Lead and manage a network of internal and external partners, including creative and media agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for the technical management and implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Provide analysis and reports on marketing campaigns and manage the overall consumer marketing budget.
  • Attend review meetings with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure all creative meets requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of marketing/brand management experience, preferably in pharma, technology, banking & finance, or CPG marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and analytics, including digital display, paid search, and website marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills and marketing acumen.

  • Strong storytelling, creative, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various levels of leadership.
