About the position

The Marketing Manager I/II for HCP Marketing in the U.S. Migraine division at AbbVie plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs). This position involves creating promotional materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Marketing Manager will work closely with digital and media partners to enhance brand communication and effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the UBRELVY Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HCP marketing materials that align with the brand strategy, including digital and non-personal assets, leave behinds, and digital selling tools.
  • Lead the non-personal and HCP media strategy, identifying new opportunities to efficiently reach customers.
  • Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve promotional materials.
  • Partner with MABI to gain insights and a deep understanding of customers.
  • Support and participate in the development of business and marketing plans.
  • Build robust working relationships with key customers through exceptional communication and partnership practices.
  • Introduce innovative opportunities to differentiate the brand and educate providers.
  • Collaborate with multiple agencies and external vendors to plan, prioritize, and execute brand tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with AbbVie internal policies and applicable external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, with sales or marketing experience preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of product management experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Financial/budgetary experience.
