About the position

The Marketing Manager I position at Kroll, LLC is designed for an enthusiastic marketing professional with experience in multi-channel marketing, particularly within professional or financial services. This hybrid role involves managing US-based service lines in collaboration with the global marketing leadership team, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business development and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and service line leaders to develop annual marketing strategy and plans.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing activities aligned with strategy and plan.
  • Develop a multi-channel content strategy and calendar in collaboration with the head of content and thought leadership.
  • Plan and execute virtual and live conferences, sponsorships, and firm-hosted events.
  • Elevate practitioner profiles and maximize brand exposure through public relations activities.
  • Manage service line web pages and plan digital marketing campaigns with the Integrated Marketing team.
  • Refresh sales tools, pitch decks, and collateral to enhance presentation formats.
  • Develop and compose content for email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Adapt marketing activities to local markets based on firm-generated initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are strategic and measure performance against success metrics.
  • Build and maintain mailing list database in Salesforce and work on direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with budget development and maintenance, tracking expenditures and measuring ROI.
  • Stay updated on market trends and share insights with the marketing team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six to eight years of marketing experience with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across various channels.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and make independent decisions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Eloqua or comparable software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
