About the position

The Marketing Manager II for AbbVie Patient Services is responsible for leading the development and execution of the omnichannel marketing strategy for Immunology brands, specifically focusing on Dermatology. This role emphasizes collaboration across various departments to enhance patient engagement and support throughout treatment experiences. The position requires a blend of creative strategy, digital transformation leadership, and effective communication to drive marketing initiatives and optimize patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the omnichannel marketing strategy for Immunology brands, focusing on patient engagement and support.
  • Lead the development of marketing tactics across various channels including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, and more.
  • Collaborate with Operations to integrate CRM with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other patient service platforms.
  • Oversee agency relationships and ensure effective collaboration with various teams.
  • Deliver marketing briefs and manage timelines to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and establish measurement plans.
  • Extract insights from measurement activities to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Maintain an understanding of patient and HCP insights to refine treatment experiences.
  • Communicate marketing objectives to technology partners for platform enhancements.
  • Drive service innovation by staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of brand, omnichannel, and digital marketing experience preferred, ideally in pharma or patient services.
  • Proficient understanding of brand positioning and omnichannel strategy.
  • Strong background in customer, patient, or HCP service and retention strategies.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms.
  • Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
