The Marketing Manager at Windham Brannon is a strategic role focused on driving the marketing direction for priority industries and advisory lines to support the firm's growth strategy. This position involves developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, enhancing client engagement, and generating demand through multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B marketing to address industry-specific challenges and trends, ensuring alignment with sales efforts and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute industry or advisory-focused marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target market needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry-specific trends, client pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
  • Develop industry-specific content, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and articles to showcase thought leadership.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives to ensure marketing initiatives support sales efforts and pipeline goals.
  • Develop and deliver industry-specific sales enablement materials to empower the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training to sales teams on industry trends, buyer personas, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Communication Manager to create industry-focused thought leadership pieces.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in a professional services or highly matrixed environment, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
