About the position

Deseret Digital Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for KSL.com to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aimed at growing audience engagement across various platforms. This role requires a seasoned marketer with a strong background in app and web marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through omni-channel campaigns, presenting performance data to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow audience and usage across KSL.com's products and channels.
  • Drive audience growth and app engagement via web, mobile, social, and traditional channels.
  • Create B2C and B2B lifecycle marketing strategies using marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage a promotional calendar aligned with revenue goals.
  • Oversee events, sponsorships, and partnerships with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to support launches and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Present performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and track a significant budget, including media placements.
  • Conduct and present research (surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis).
  • Work with top creative, product, and marketing teams in Utah.
  • Be available for occasional in-office meetings and events.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of marketing experience, focusing on app, digital, mobile, email, and social media (app experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in marketing messaging, segmentation, and multi-channel strategies for B2C and B2B.
  • Proficient with Google & social ads (certifications preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Proven success in launching impactful marketing campaigns driving app downloads, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking (Asana or similar tool experience preferred).
