About the position

Oshi Health is seeking a Marketing Manager for Marketing Technology & Operations to join our dynamic Growth Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in supporting campaign operations and executing strategies that enhance member engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. You will collaborate with a talented team of marketers, product managers, designers, developers, and data scientists to elevate the Oshi Health patient experience and marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing assets, deploying campaigns, and measuring their effectiveness to support our mission of revolutionizing digestive healthcare. In this role, you will engage in various aspects of marketing asset development and deployment, utilizing platforms such as WordPress CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and coding languages like HTML and SQL. You will be responsible for building marketing assets, publishing campaign materials, and ensuring they reach the intended audiences. Additionally, you will support end-to-end campaign planning and execution, driving member engagement and enrollment through strategic campaign calendars and outreach efforts. Your focus will also extend to member retention and care resources, where you will create content tailored to patients' specific care conditions. By leveraging data insights, you will document and report on analytics to continuously improve marketing materials and patient experiences. Responsibilities

  • Support campaign operations and end-to-end execution to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Develop marketing assets using various content management platforms and coding languages.
  • Publish and deploy campaign materials to diverse audiences leveraging a modular design system.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors for asset development and deployment.
  • Outline strategies and build/update campaign calendars to drive member engagement and enrollment.
  • Drive marketing strategies to engage B2B2C audiences, including employers and health plans.
  • Create content specific to patient care conditions to support member retention and engagement.
  • Leverage analytics to document and report on engagement best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous marketing experience, preferably in an early-stage organization or healthcare marketing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or enterprise-level customer engagement platforms, with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Intermediate proficiency with HTML and CSS, with a clear understanding of email development best practices.
  • Experience working with startup engineering teams and drafting requirements using agile development best practices.
  • Ability to oversee execution of marketing and advertising activities across various channels to ensure consistency and acquisition outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency or in-house D2C marketing experience working with paid channels.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Ability to relate work to key team and company goals/OKRs.
