About the position

Oshi Health is revolutionizing GI care with a digital clinic model that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, managing, and treating digestive health conditions. We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations professional to join Oshi Health's growing Growth Marketing Team. In this role, you'll support campaign operations and end-to-end execution to support member engagement and retention needs ranging from outlining strategies, developing marketing assets, deploying touch points, and measuring effectiveness. You will work alongside a talented team of marketers, product managers, designers, developers, and data scientists to support the Oshi Health patient experience and marketing strategy. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growth marketing team, make a big impact, and help us scale Oshi Health's business as we continue to build new partnerships with employer groups and health plans. In this position, you will be responsible for marketing asset development and deployment, working with various content management platforms such as WordPress CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also support end-to-end campaign planning and execution, driving marketing strategies to engage B2B2C audiences, and enhancing member retention through tailored content. Your role will involve leveraging data insights to improve marketing materials and patient experiences, ensuring that our campaigns are effective and aligned with our mission to provide a radically better patient experience in digestive healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign operations and end-to-end execution to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Develop marketing assets using content management platforms like WordPress and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Implement campaigns by outlining strategies and building/updating campaign calendars.
  • Drive marketing strategies to engage B2B2C audiences, including employers and health plans.
  • Support member retention through tailored content specific to care conditions or intervention needs.
  • Leverage analytics to document and report on engagement best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years previous marketing experience, preferably in an early-stage organization, D2C, digital marketing, or healthcare marketing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or enterprise-level customer engagement platforms, with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Intermediate proficiency with HTML and CSS, with a clear understanding of email development best practices.
  • Experience working with startup engineering teams to draft requirements and implement using agile development best practices.
  • Ability to oversee execution of marketing and advertising activities across various channels, ensuring consistency and acquisition outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in agency or in-house D2C marketing working with paid channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for developing a differentiated brand voice and tone.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
