About the position

The Marketing Manager for Media & Email Strategy at Elevance Health plays a crucial role in the Omnichannel Marketing organization, focusing on the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at consumer engagement and retention. This position requires a results-driven marketer who can navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives that align with business objectives. The role involves collaboration with various marketing teams to develop and optimize marketing strategies across channels such as email, SMS, and paid media, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer-centric performance marketing strategies for member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance marketing campaigns through planning, forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic direction to Campaign Management and Operations teams for comprehensive journey strategies.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, setting clear goals for each channel.
  • Develop test & learn agendas with a viable measurement approach.
  • Educate stakeholders about marketing campaign capabilities to maximize consumer engagement.
  • Ensure campaigns are planned and executed on time by being detail-oriented.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing capabilities and processes.
  • Partner with Marketing Strategists to define optimal measurement approaches and lead performance forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders beyond standard KPIs, showcasing business impact and consumer behavior understanding.
  • Communicate objectives, strategies, and performance results effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, team members, and marketing leaders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Background in the healthcare industry, financial services, or ad agency experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
