About the position
The Marketing Manager - Media & Email Strategy at Elevance Health plays a crucial role in the Omnichannel Marketing organization, focusing on the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at consumer engagement and business objectives. This position requires a results-driven marketer who can collaborate effectively with various teams to optimize marketing strategies and enhance consumer experiences through various channels such as email, SMS, and paid media.
Responsibilities
- Develop consumer-centric performance marketing strategies for member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance marketing campaigns through planning, forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
- Provide strategic direction to Campaign Management and Operations teams for comprehensive journey strategies.
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with the Campaign Management team.
- Develop test & learn agendas with a viable measurement approach.
- Educate stakeholders about marketing campaign capabilities to maximize consumer engagement.
- Ensure campaigns are planned and executed on time by being detail-oriented.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing capabilities and processes for future campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Strategists to define optimal measurement approaches and lead performance forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders beyond standard KPIs, showcasing business impact and consumer behavior understanding.
- Communicate objectives, strategies, and performance results effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, team members, and marketing leaders.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

- Experience with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Background in the healthcare industry, financial services, or ad agency experience.
