About the position

The Marketing Manager for Miller Lite at Molson Coors Beverage Company will serve as the brand lead, responsible for the overall brand strategy and positioning in a fast-paced industry. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute brand initiatives, manage equity workstreams, and develop new campaigns. The position aims to deliver on strategic, volumetric, and financial goals while fostering a culture of retention and development among team members.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate brand programs and provide direction by understanding brand strategies and linking them to channel strategies.
  • Ensure effective integration of brand plans and marketing programming from conception through execution.
  • Maintain strategic integrity within the total brand portfolio and the beer category.
  • Deliver against the brand's strategic, volumetric, and financial goals annually, as well as long-term brand equity targets.
  • Define and sell the 360-degree programming strategy to key external stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
  • Attract, lead, manage, and mentor employees to ensure retention, development, and superior performance.
  • Direct external and internal resources to deliver on strategic intent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related branding experience in a leading CPG organization; sales experience is a plus.
  • General manager mindset with an ownership approach to work.
  • Proven track record in building national marketing plans that achieve volume, share, and profit goals.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Ability to build empathy with consumers, particularly millennials and diverse consumers.
