About the position

The Marketing Manager for Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for creating impactful corporate proposals and presentations. This role serves as a key national contact for pursuit teams and stakeholders, driving content creation, quality control, and production of new business materials. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage pitch projects effectively and ensure accurate outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and promote best practices for producing and improving pitch materials.
  • Maintain a proposal log and follow up with pursuit leads regarding outcomes.
  • Manage Corporate Marketing Coordinators and Designers, coaching them on proposal content and graphics.
  • Analyze content for accuracy and edit for grammar and style.
  • Meet with department leaders to update and build new library content.
  • Work with the regional property marketing team on marketing strategies and presentations.
  • Conduct audits of corporate documents and manage the update process.
  • Complete corporate copywriting projects as needed.
  • Participate in corporate marketing team meetings to provide project updates.
  • Solicit content for social media posts and collect information for industry awards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing or copywriting.
  • Extensive copywriting experience and excellent command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Creative Suites is helpful.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
